Each weekend, K-5th graders are invited to participate in a safe, fun and purposeful time of worship and teaching to learn more about God. We are committed to helping your child grow in every aspect of their relationship with Jesus and knowledge of God’s Word. Our Kidz Rock Staff have a passion for serving in children’s ministry and have a deep desire to see children know, love and serve Jesus.

There are two Sunday morning gatherings beginning at 9:00am and 10:45am coordinating the main worship times.  Come check us out this week.  You and Your kids will be glad you did.

From the time a child is born until they graduate from high-school, they have aprox. 936 weeks. It seems like alot, but it goes by fast. In fact, on any given year, to any given child, the Church only has about 40 weeks to teach children biblical principles that they can apply in their everyday lives. (That’s even taking into consideration vacations, holidays, and sick days each year.) We know that we have a short window of time, so we are intentional about the time we spend with the kids at The Rock.

Studies prove that kids form their idea of who God is and choose whether or not they’ll have a relationship with Him before leaving 5th grade. Therefore our strategy is to partner with families and parents to help their child discover and embrace a personal relationship with Jesus, both at The Rock and at home.

Wednesday Night

On Wednesday at 5:45pm we have a free dinner for kids.

Following that dinner The Rock Kids are committed to “hiding God’s Word in their hearts” every week with AWANA Clubs. Children will learn about the Bible through activities, games, large and small group adventures and missions opportunities, all while making friends and having fun! AWANA meets every Wednesday night during the school year from 6:30 to 8PM.

Puggles® recognizes the learning ability of 2 and 3 year olds by introducing biblical precepts at church and equipping parents to teach them at home. Toddlers love having their very own Awana club just like their older siblings.

In Puggles, children are welcomed each week with play time, songs and simple crafts and activities. Leaders present age-appropriate lessons using large, colorful teaching cards, finger puppet plays and more. Lessons teach and reinforce four basic biblical precepts:

  • God Made Everything
  • God Saw That It Was Good
  • God is Love
  • Give Thanks

Special take-home cards that correspond to each week’s lesson help parents nurture their child’s faith at home. Participating in Puggles will give your child a head start on the path to loving and following God for life.

Cubbies® celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers (3 to 5 year olds) by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word.

Preschoolers can hardly wait for their next Cubbies club meeting. Whether it’s the fun puppets, the exciting games or all their Cubbies friends, they simply love it. At Story Time each week, preschoolers learn about God – the greatness of His love and His Word – and about His Son, Jesus Christ, the promised Savior. Non-competitive games build excitement and reinforce Story Time lesson themes.

Cubbies helps you lead your child to God early so your child will respect and trust Him for life.

Students Kindergarten through Grade 2
AWANA Sparks’ handbooks teach basic truths about God, Jesus Christ, salvation and the Bible. A clear and consistent presentation of the Gospel message is made each week. The Bible is presented chronologically and details about Bible characters are told in captivating biographies. Students earn jewels to place in their aviator wings as they complete the three hand-books: HangGlider, WingRunner, and SkyStormer. They will memorize 65 verses within three years. Game Time offers team and individual competitions that are fast-paced and high-energy. The kids love this Game Time.

Students Grades 3-5
AWANA TNT is designed to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and to train them to serve Him. The four handbooks are each built around eight different questions about God, the Bible, salvation and Christian living. Students memorize eight different Bible passages for each question. At the end of the three-year program, students will have memorized 310 Bible verses to receive the cherished Timothy Award (2 Timothy 2:15).
